Here, I assume that you are starting your website from scratch with $0 capital. So, it is best to spend a few months learning those skills before starting out.

Having all the skills needed for starting a website. The next crucial thing is to write or draw out a website plan. This website plan acts as a "Business Plan". Many of the webmasters when developing their website missed out this step, and that makes a difference between a good and a bad website.
